The New Age that we’re all talking about – moving into the Golden Age, the 5^th dimension, the Age of Aquarius or the New Earth, well… it’s up to us to make it happen! We are the ones who will manifest it! You might not be sure how to do that, but Sarah can help – let me explain.

Sarah is a new ascended master for the Age of Aquarius, and she holds the quality of oneness, which integrates all that we are (higher self/lower self, earthly self/divine self). She is the Holy Grail, and in her Embrace we are alchemized... She is stepping forward now, holding out her hand towards you, and offering her support in her role as catalyst and mentor. She helps us connect to our inner light, our own guiding light, which is the light in the darkness… This is part of her work, her earth mission!!

In this course you will learn techniques, and which you can fit easily into your daily routine. When you use these spiritual practices, Sarah’s energy will start to act upon you, and your divine self will enter more and more – not in a process of ‘lifting away from’, but bringing you more and more into your divine fullness, as your different selves become integrated. This course provides the first step onto this process of ‘grounded enlightenment.’

I have been receiving Sarah’s teachings since 2006 and am now sharing my wealth of experience of working with Sarah so that you can learn the practices I have developed: using mantra, visualisation, guided meditation and prayerful intention - and which you can download and use again and again. These practices (you can choose the ones that work best for you) will give you your own connection with Sarah, so that you can directly receive and benefit from her energy. I have a strong and powerful connection to Sarah, and act as a bridge, facilitating and making more powerful your connection to Sarah. Included in the course is a guided meditation which attunes you to Sarah’s energy, and which you can keep using to deepen that connection further and further.

I also give my ‘take’ on why Sarah is here and what she’s come to do - through your course page, we can have discussions about these topics and you can ask me any questions about the course - also there is a closed ‘meeting Sarah’ facebook group, where you can share your Sarah experiences and stories and read what other like-minded people have shared…

‘Meeting Sarah’ is a foundation course in understanding Sarah’s purpose and connecting with her energy, and is a pre-requisite for the more advanced Sarah courses which I offer (unless you have already done Sarah work with Rachel before).
